PREPARING FOR THE FOURTH TRIMESTER WITH THE GUIDANCE OF A POSTPARTUM DOULA

Working with the primary caregivers, we spend around two hours sitting down with you to build out your postpartum plan. Often parents put a lot of thought into pregnancy and birth planning, and postpartum planning is missing or an after thought. Let us help you set yourself up for success in the postpartum period.

Trust us, you want a plan for your postpartum period. You need one. If you don't have one and don't know where to start, let us help you build a plan and ask questions to get you planning in the right direction.

If you hire us as your postpartum doula, this is part of the package. If you choose to do the plan, and then choose to hire us as your postpartum doula, what you've already paid will be applied to your contract.
