MEET OUR FOUNDING DOULA, LARA

Hi there! I'm Lara Austin-Mooney (she/they), DONA Certified Postpartum Doula, and SBD Certified Birth & Bereavement Doula. I'm also currently working on a Parent Coaching Certification through New Baby School, as well as becoming a certified Circle Leader through the Wild Woman Project.

I stay's up-to-date on all recommended vaccinations including the annual flu shot, COVID-19+booster, actively insured, and I sit on the board as Vice President of the Northern Colorado Doula Association (NCDA)!

I am originally from Northern Colorado and I serve Fort Collins and the surrounding community - with an approximate 30-mile maximum drive from my home in mid-town Fort Collins - 80525.

I love to laugh and enjoy life to the fullest. When I'm not working with families you can find me with my family, exercising, cooking, gardening, reading, singing, dancing, learning, listening to music, hanging out with friends and experiencing nature as often as possible.
